Will out of stock items be re-stocked or available for pre-order?
For all pieces that are a part of our core collection, yes. We are constantly restocking this program and aim to never be out of stock. If however what you are looking for is not available, place an order for the preorder item following instructions on the product page. A shipping timeline will be given and your preorder will ship as soon as it is received at our ware house.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once the order is placed. If you need to start a return for your order, click here.
I received a refund, why?
If you received a refund for an item/order, it could be due to a no-stock case or
possible fraud detected. For more details, please contact our customer service
team at ajones@alluvialapparelcompany.com for further assistance.
What happens if my order or an item in my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged via the carrier or if your garment is damaged, please email ajones@alluvialapparelcompany.com with your order number, a picture of your damaged box and/or item and a description of your damage so that we can start the return/replacement process.
